Peter Zugschwert As a private equity consultant, Mr. Zugschwert has served as the CFO of early stage ventures in the software, hardware, business process outsourcing, web hosting, wind development, and retail industries over a 14 year period. He has substantial experience in fundraising and in creating the infrastructure required for small companies to grow at a highly accelerated pace. Mr. Zugschwert served as the CFO of Crescendo Ventures, an early stage venture firm that managed $1.2 billion of investor capital. Since 1997, Mr. Zugschwert has served as a Director and the Audit Committee Chair of Hudson Securities, a publicly traded wholesale broker-dealer of equity securities. Mr. Zugschwert served as the President and CEO of Hudson's predecessor Health Outcomes Management. Mr. Zugschwert is a certified member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Zugschwert received an MBA in Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
